San Francisco Bay. A place of America known for it's many different cultures, arts and creations and much more that attract young tourists and big dreamers to come to the hilly city. What it is most well known for however, is Unity Corporation. Unity is one of the world's most renown and successful companies in the digital industry. It is partners with social networks, search engines and internet security and are the number one in sales for mobile and internet providers. The king of the Web. What most people don't know is that Unity makes most of its money through illegal means. They have access to all of their user's personal data and sell it to their partners, in turn they create new features for their products that will squeeze more money out of their customers and some of the profits go right back to Unity. All the while, nobody notices a thing that they're doing. They even have tabs on everybody using their network, peering into their daily lives to see if they're even attempting anything remotely illegal and taking away their freedom without asking or letting them realise. They cheat people out of everything they have ever earned and still look up to them like an icon. Except one group of people.
Hackers.
The hackivist community have been well aware of Unity's illegal methods for quite some times and have been doing everything in their power to give people back what they stole, exposing their crimes and leaving a trail of damage to the company and it's partners. Exceptionally skilled hackers from the likes of Reach4TheSkye and Zer0_Fuxxx hit them relentlessly and more organised groups such as the Chaos Court orchestrate planned attacks that go off without a hitch. Unity always hit back much harder though, erasing them from the picture and rumoured to have been killed by the corporation. Recently however, a new group is surfacing. A forum on the Internet, untraceable by any means, are talking about meeting today at the Hard Rock Cafe and discuss their next move. All members have agreed to band up and use their talents to bring down Unity to it's knees. Some have accepted to meet up while others prefer to be anonymous but will sit at the sidelines ready to help out. Today, the hackivist group called C0unt3r-M3asur3 has been born.

Zoey sits at a two chair table with her phone in one hand and beer in the other. She never liked coffee, so she's happy to see that this place also serves alcohol and her fake id works perfectly. She has been using the identity of Angelica Pricefield for a year now and it still feels a little weird, sometimes not responding to it when it is called out because she still goes by Zoey. She needs to force herself into the mindset that she is now Angelica, that Zoey died in that explosion. She taps the screen of her phone with her thumb and writing out a message to the rest of the forum, incase that they somehow forgot about the biggest thing that they have planned to do! She hits send.
(/8r3akd0wn505): Me and QU4K3 have arrived before all of you bozos. Hurry your asses up, you're missing all the fun!
She pockets her phone into her jeans and takes a swig of her beverage before looking over to the woman opposite the table from her. Daisy, her best friend and little blood sister. Ever since meeting all those years ago, the two have been inseparable and always had each other's backs no matter what happens. They went by the previous monikors Zer0_Fuxxx and Reach4TheSkye, raining Terror upon Unity with their sabotage and data snatching. One day, their luck ran out and the corporation caught up to them, leaving a bomb in their hideout that detonated upon their arrival. The two hackers died in the blast... At least that's what the corporation thinks. The two erased their identities and started anew, only just beginning to get serious once more. Zoey suffered two broken ribs and a few scratches and bruises, but Daisy wasn't so lucky... Her leg was crippled, never being able to walk without the aid of her cane again and having her life change forever. Zoey still blames herself for dragging her into the team up that led to this and the fact she should have covered their cyber trail more thoroughly. She did everything to help Daisy through emotional support, helping her out with adjusting to the cane and even offering to modify it to make a much more badass. With her parents thinking she's dead and no way to prove them wrong without endangering their lives, Daisy is the only person that is left in her life and she will protect her with her life everytime the situation presents itself.
"So here we are, back in the game for real again! You as ready for this as I am?" She asks her with a big grin on her face. Zoey would be lying if she wasn't ridiculously excited to take the fight to Unity once more. This has been a long day coming

Cocking an eyebrow at Zoey's enthusiasm, she undid the top button of her shirt and took another look around the cafe, her eyes scrutinising and observing everybody in sight. Nobody had arrived yet; mainly just hipsters and the like. She wasn't a great fan of being out in the open; she much preferred the eagle-eye view of security cameras. More anonymity as well, but she was thirsty as well at the time. Taking a careful sip of her beverage, she grimaced slightly, before setting the coffee back down and returning to her phone.
"Oh yeah; definitely. Can't wait to get crippled again in some other way." she responded sardonically, her tone dripping with sarcasm as she typed at lightning speed across the screen, using software to crack into the security systems of the coffee shop, gaining access to the security cameras for proper measure. "Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and the big man upstairs will settle for a kid kicking me in the shin or something." Ignoring the disapproving look of a middle-aged woman at the next table, she sighed once and stood up, taking hold of her cane with her left hand and righting herself. "Don't mind me, I'm just getting some comfort food." she spoke up as she began to walk over to the counter, her tone still sarcastic as she walked over to the counter, cane in hand. Walking up to the counter, she took a look at the various treats and cakes behind the counter. She liked the look of the brownies; Zoey would be fine without her for a bit; if they came in, then she'd be able to get a better look at them when they thought that just Zoey was there. Or at least, be on edge that the other one apparently wasn't there anymore.
"Can I help you?" the unnaturally chipper barista behind the bar offered, a smile on her face. Studying her out of the corner of her eye, she her age; probably still in college with this as a job on the side, her cheeks flushed and her smile a little too wide.
"That depends; you know CPR? Pretty sure my you-know-what stopped breathing a minute or two ago." she responded with a cocked eyebrow immediately, not missing a beat as she watched the barista flush a deep red, stammering and stuttering as she struggled to get any words out, struggling to stifle a laugh at her face before she pointed at the brownie and headed over to the paying area, watching with a still-cocked eyebrow as the barista fumbled with the brownie for longer than usual, her face still red as she brought it over and rang up the treat. Placing down more than enough money to pay for the treat, she grabbed it and headed back to her seat without a word, taking a bite as she rested her cane against the table and dropping her body in the chair once more opposite Zoey.
"Not bad." she acquiesced, taking another bite and looking around the cafe once more. "When were the knights of the round table supposed to show up, again?" she asked Zoey, her tone a mix between bored and curious. Mostly bored, though. Sitting still wasn't really her thing. Shame about her situation, then. At least she had something to do now.

"Oh come on." Zoey says, drawling out her words at Daisy's usual cynicism. "Like hell I would let that happen. I still owe you one heroic sacrifice for what you did back then. You're a friggin' badass!" She says with a smirk, trying to encourage a smile from her. Before she could get one, she's up on her feet again and leaves Zoey alone at the table. She hates being sat still and is getting fidgety in her seat. There was always the suspicion that she had ADHD, which would explain her Eccentric and Impulsive behaviour. She pulls out her phone again and begins to fiddle around with the apps on it in an effort to cool down her fidgeting. She created an app on there that allows her to hack into nearby electronics, being able to send them forced commands through her phone. She got the inspiration from the Dedsec app when playing the video game Watchdogs. She managed to recreate it well, but not as powerful. Video games always make things more epic than the reality. She called it the Toybox.
With a few little taps here and there, she's inside the shop's coffee machine. She doesn't notice Daisy sit back down until she speaks up, making her nearly jump out of skin. "Oh right.. Meeting time most agreed is..." She checks the time on her phone. "In ten minutes. Then again, you can't count on our kind to be on time." She smirks and turns her phone sideways, hovering her thumb over the touchscreen and watching behind the counter. "Waaaait for it." She mutters and waits for the barista to put an empty paper cup underneath the machine. She presses her thumb onto the touchscreen. The coffee machine suddenly start gushing out from all four nozzles. The barista looks shocked by the malfunction, then her cheeks flush a deep red as she fumbles around with the controls, trying desperately to make it stop. Zoey has to look away to stop herself bursting out laughing. "Oh man, this is the best thing I ever created..." She says after taking a deep breath to steady herself.

Aaron fiddled with a heap of scrap metal on the desk before him, positioning it and repositioning it again and again, before he found the perfect configuration. He picked up a screwdriver with one hand and held down the scrap with his other hand. He slowed down for a moments, waiting for everything to be perfectly still. His breathing slowed down as he moved to screwdriver to the correct position, and was about to move in to make the hol-"zztzz...ztzz...zzzztzzz" Aaron sighed, and put both of the objects down. It was his phone, which he had layed on the table. He moved his hand to pick it up, wanting to see what had interrupted his construction. He swiped and pressed on the screen a few times before the interruption had been seen. Silently reading it to himself, he grinned.
He picked up the phone and stuffed it into his jeans and got up from his seated position. He walked over to the door of his house, double checking the location of the meeting before he began to walk over. It was a short distance away, so there was no need to bring his car. As he reached the meeting place he walked through the door, hearing the bell ring as the door opened infront of him. Walking in he smelled the refreshing aroma of coffee, but he dismissed the thought as he scanned the tables for his contacts. He had been contacting them for quite a while. At first they shared experiences with Unity, but then they begun discussing ways to actually do something to them. Of course, they had done damage before to the company. However, if they ever wanted to cause some real harm to Unity, there needed to be a team of hackers to do it.
Aaron came over to the barista, who was currently going over to pour some coffee. As she went over to pour it, it began to spray everywhere. He smiled, as he looked over the scene unfolding before him. He knew enough about this cafe, and machines in general to know that that was the result of a hack. Due to him now knowing where his contacts were, and him not being able to get his coffee as all the baristas moved over to help the poor girl, whose hands became soaked with coffe, soda, and other such liquids. He walked over to a table near him, with two ladies there. One of which was clearly amused by it. He recognized them both as some of his contacts. He walked over to them, checking his watch to make sure he wasn't late to the meeting. He sat on the seat next to them. "Well, looks like we're early! By the way, I'm assuming you did that trick with the coffee machine, didn't you?" He smiled at the two, and held out his hand for a handshake. "It's nice to see you both in person. DIY, or Aaron if you prefer. I see you weren't kidding when you said that we were missing the fun." He said it in a friendly attitude, but not nearly as chipper as the barista was.

"I don't recall asking you to demonstrate my reaction whenever I see Natalie Portman, but I'll take it." she remarked sardonically as she witnessed the powerful spraying of the coffee machine, watching as every single head turned to see the barista futilely attempt to contain the pressurised gushing as every single barista ran to her aid, returning to tapping on her phone. It also seemed that their contact had arrived, based on the way that the guy hardly seemed fazed at all, his gaze running along towards where they were sitting, his attention clearly being drawn by Zoey epically failing to stifle her hysterical guffawing at the misfortune of the baristas. As he walked up towards them and took a seat next to Zoey, a charming smile on his face as he introduced himself, she was almost entirely sure that she caught the barista checking her out when she was sure her attention was diverted by her phone.
"You thought that's what we meant? No, the real fun is when we go scouting for old ladies to push over." she responded quickly, her tone leisurely and somewhat bored as she continued to type on her phone, examining the system perimeter and then switching tabs to Twitter when she was bored. "Besides, I think you've got the wrong place; the resident dude-bro convention's about 1,000 miles that way." she remarked again, her tone still dry as she pointed west, making sure to bring up the compass on her phone for good measure. She wasn't entirely jumping at the chance to build a rapport, but people that couldn't handle copious amounts of sarcasm were not the people she wanted to be around. As a rule, she didn't really want to be around anybody, but some things were necessary evils. Like state secrets. Or taxes. It wasn't like she paid any, but she was assuming. Either way, she'd just let Zoey handle this one for the time being. She'd just go off on a tangent, since she wasn't in the mood to make an effort. Zoey could talk for hours about a fucking stapler if she was interested in it, so she was better suited for this than she was.
She wondered if there was a place that sold alcohol nearby.

Coldwell sat at his desk on the top-floor of Unity Tower the largest skyscraper in the city. He'd just finished the paperwork for the takeover of Capita Inc. one of the largest providers of public wi-fi in the country meaning all the information flowing through their networks was now available to him. He tapped his pen thoughtfully on the table. A great many people would be interested in knowing what passed through those networks including the NSA and they'd get it for a price. His scheduled break for the day over Coldwell turned back to his paperwork and moved to the next item on the list. Ah yes another "hacktivist" group. This one had named themselves the Anarchic Collective and for whatever reason went around wearing gas-masks in the all their videos. Pressing the intercom button connected to his secretary he said. "Jane. Please send Mr Goodway into my office I have a task for him." "Yes, sir." Jane replied. Jane was technically only a secretary but in reality she was second only to Coldwell in terms of knowing how the company worked and she'd been most helpful in making... arrangements that had to be kept confidential from the public.

A couple of days after her flight to America, Olivia was pedaling down a San Francisco sidewalk on a bicycle that she'd bought shortly after her arrival. She opted to settle into her new home for a while longer before purchasing a new car, but using a bike as a means of transportation wasn't foreign to her. She enjoyed the exercise it provided her with, anyway. She'd been tirelessly cruising down the city's sidewalk for almost an hour after leaving her upscale apartment in the same city. At this point, the meeting location was only a few streets away. She smiled a bit to herself in anticipation of meeting the same colleagues who helped give her the means to hack in the first place. She briefly wondered if any of them will have heard of her, considering her fame in intellectual communities. Her phone buzzed a bit in her pocket, so she pulled it out while steering with one hand. On the screen, she saw a text message from a nameless number that she identified as a member of the group. She once again smiled slightly when she received confirmation that some of the members were already there.
She knew that her slight fame may eventually make her a bigger target than the others if the mission actually goes somewhere, but she was prepared to face Unity. If her identity would eventually be discovered by the company, she knew that she had devoted followers who she could leak information to. At the very least, this would be a sacrifice that would divide Unity with the public and solve a part of the problem. Her thoughts trailed onto what happened to the only other person she knew who publicly spoke out about Unity, though. As the thought made her heart sink a bit, she quickly forced her mind back to her her previous positive mood and excitement. She began to force the pedals of her bike harder when the cafe came into view.
She wore a pleasant smile as she made her entrance into the cafe, exaggeratedly looking around for any sign of the meeting. She'd wondered how they would be able to identify each other in the crowd before, but trusted them enough not to ask about it. After awkwardly walking around with an expectant smile on her face, she resigned herself to buying a cup of tea at the counter and waiting it out. Once she arrived at the counter, she was surprised that she hadn't noticed the chaos before. Her face betrayed genuine concern as she watched a barista helplessly struggle with the mess of the malfunctioning coffee machine. After offering her help and being declined by the staff, she took a seat at the counter and looked around her. The people who she was next to definitely stood out from the rest of the crowd, as did she, but there was no way to tell if the group had finally formed yet or not. She wrung her hands and continued to look around her. She noticed some glances from people around the cafe, but assumed that it was due to her eclectic outfit rather than actual recognition. She sighed to herself slightly and continued to look around for any actual signs.

Zoey taps on her phone again when another person joins them and the coffee machine ceases it's chaotic spraying. She's had her fun for the hour, now to get down with business. Daisy speaks quicker than she could respond to Aaron. She stifles a laugh at the old lady scouting quip and just had to add her own piece to it. "Yeah. Old lady tipping is our favourite pastime! You should try it out, great stress relief." She adds to it with her own shit eating grin. She takes a swig of her beer as Daisy continues her snark, Zoey is completely unfazed by it. She sees it as a good way to break people in. If they can handle her personality without being easily offended, then they will get through just fine. If they can't get along with her blood sister, then they won't be able to get along with her. "Don't mind her, you get used to it." She says, fist bumping his open hand over shaking it. "Name's Angelica, I prefer Angie. This is awesome lady is Mary. 8r3akd0wn505 and QU4K3 at your service."
She pockets her phone once more. "And to answer your question, yes. I did that." She says with a proud smile. "It's an app I designed myself that's basically a universal remote to makes electronical devices go batshit insane. I got the idea from a game I played three days straight. I don't recommend you do that, I was the walking death afterwards.." She was about to get into the details about that moment until a look from Daisy reminded her that she was currently going off topic. "So anyway yeah. I'm the software creator able to design programs that counterattack any security measure. I also fuck around with some hardware too. Modifications that normally an engineer would tell you is impossible to do. Well only one thing has ever blown up in my face so I'd say they're wrong in some aspects! I also own an RC drone." The last little fact wasn't necessary to mention, she just wanted a reason to brag about it. "Mary is probably the best black hat you will ever, ever meet in your entire life, ever. I've seen her bypass security that is made to block out hackers specifically like our style in one or two minutes. You wanna grab a data dump? A very specific IP address? Coldwell's super secret porn file full of hentai? She's your girl and she can get it for you without setting off a single alarm. She's a cyber ghost." Zoey finishes up explaining both of their skills, purposely missing out a few details about themselves to add as tricks up their sleeve. She's sure Daisy would be proud of her that she did this. She hopes anyway. "So DIY. You're basically the mad scientist in engineering, yeah?" She says, prompting him to lay out his set of skills on the table.

Mark sat in his office chair, tugging fitfully at his tie's knot. Nearly a month working at Unity and he still hadn't gotten used to the accursed thing. Abandoning his efforts, he turned his attention back to the work on his desk. Though he'd been hired as a cyber-security consultant, part of his remit was ensuring that employees didn't compromise security through bad security practice. He'd learned long ago that in any reasonably large organisation there was always one idiot who used the same easily cracked password for every account, or who who sent confidential data over public wifi. Given how large Unity was, there were likely several of these idiots in the company somewhere and each one was a massive potential breach of security.
He was working on a proposal to set out various security guidelines for the employees to follow when the intercom in the corner of his office came to life. Over it came the voice of Coldwell's secretary, "Hello Mr Goodway. Could you please report to the CEO's office? He wants to speak to you."
Mark rose, locking his computer as he did so, "Sure thing, I'll be up in a minute."
His office was near the lift and once Mark stepped into it he had a few moments to think as the lift whisked him upwards. His mind wandered, as it often did when he didn't have work to occupy himself, to the decision he made a month ago. If his new boss had turned out to be a stereotypical evil tyrant, Mark could have lived with himself, barring the occasional bout of mental self-flagellation. After all he could have told himself that he was only in it for the money, that if he found a way to escape he could take it. But the truth was that Coldwell had treated him pretty well all things considered. And so, as much as it pained him to admit it, Mark felt some sense of loyalty to a man that his former ideals considered the embodiment of all he had fought against.
The lift arriving at the top floor shook him from his thoughts. Stepping out, he nodded to Coldwell's secretary, who waved him through. He fidgeted with his tie one last time, trying to make it look presentable, before entering the office and asking, "You wanted to see me sir?"

Coldwell looked up from his work. "Ah yes thank you Mr Goodway please take a seat." He gestured to the chair. "A certain group named the Anarchic Collective hacked one of our subsidiaries, Filla Ltd, and made off with... sensitive data which they then posted online along with some moronic video monologues by their leader. We have of course already disproved everything they posted but this still requires action. You have three tasks: find out how they comprised Filla's security, plug the leak and then teach this group a lesson about why we should not be trifled with. How they learn this lesson is up to you Mr Goodway but I suggest you make it a strong one as if they repeat their mistake I will have Jane make more... severe arrangements for their punishment." Coldwell went back to his paperwork. "That will be all Mr Goodway I have faith you will not fail." He said leaving what would happen if that faith was betrayed unspoken.

Aaron grinned as he heard QU4K3's sarcastic comment, but he didn't respond, letting the woman go back to her phone. He turned his attention back to the other lady, who revealed her name to be Angie. When she mentioned her friend's earlier comment, Aaron responded with a grin on his face. "One thing you learn when you perform on the streets is how to deal with sarcasm. So, I've already gotten used to it in my lifetime." She then went on to talk about the app she used to do that earlier prank, and then on to her skillset.
"Oh, an RC drone? How quaint. I made my own. Which also had a minigun attached." He threw a small laugh in there too, to show he didn't mean any harm by it.
When she asked him about his skill set, he pondered before he responded to Angie. "Well, it is true I am akin to an evil genius. Need to break into prison. Call me. Need a distraction, I'm your guy. I have a ton of gadgets for almost every situation! If you want to make smores, I've got a flamethrower! Sure, it's a little overkill, but I can change how intense it is. I can assure you, it tastes delicious. The smores, I mean. I've also got that drone I told you earlier, and I've also have a few more robots. Perfect for infiltration. So, basically, if you want someone to infiltrate a heavily guarded base, I'm a pretty good choice. If you want I can make some gadgets for you two if you want?" He kept his voice low, making sure that none of the other people could eavesdrop on him, especially when he mentioned a few things that probably could be taken the wrong way.

Zoey's eyes widen in intrigue at the mention of a minigun equipped drone. It sounded like something you would see in a movie! "Dude seriously? how is that even possible though? A minigun, even the compact kind, is pretty heavy and could increase the weight beyond what an ordinary could withstand while maintaining flight. What did you do to counter it? increase flightpower through a stronger engine and larger rotors? Or do you have one of those military drones that were created for scouting?" She asks in a low voice so nobody around the cafe will overhear, going into complete engineer mode. "Plus even if you balance it out with stronger thrust, wouldn't the excess weight sacrifice a lot of speed potential?" She asks all of these questions out of genuine curiosity rather than sounding like she is criticising. Zoey's love for all things electronical is where most of her curious side comes from. "While we're on the subject, what kind of software do you use for it and what is the performance like?" The questions keep pouring in, which makes Zoey completely miss the fact that a well dressed woman is watching the trio from one side of the cafe.

Her eye still fixed on her phone, typing away as she stared at the screen, she sighed inaudibly. Sometimes it sucked noticing things that everybody else missed. I mean, sure, when she was younger everyone fell over her and called her a genius all the livelong day, because she was, but a lot of the time it was just infuriating when the dots were there and she was the only one that could connect them. Like when she knew her teacher was pregnant before she knew herself, even though she was the one with the goddamn parasite leeching off of her life-force and taking residence in her stomach. That was one example; she was often loath to repeat others, especially in pressing circumstances. It certainly made for a cool party trick, that was for sure. When she was cracking deep security, it was often more of a blessing than a curse; being able to predict and analyse more than the security would have set often ensured her victory in the game of cyber cat and mouse. But what often infuriated her the most, by far, was when something was literally right in front of somebody's face and they couldn't see it, she lamented, consistently waiting for Zoey to notice the tall block of Swiss cheese standing awkwardly at the front of the coffee shop. Their next acquaintance had arrived, although Zoey was so engrossed in the drone, techie-techie discussion that she didn't even notice anything. Rolling her eyes, she grabbed her cane by the handle and held it straight up into the air, her arm outstretched.
"Yo! Barbie!" she announced, raising her voice as every single head in the coffee shop turned to look at her, the conversations across the bar dying out quickly as they turned to look at the woman in the chair yelling with her cane stretched out to the sky. Ignoring every single one of them, she kept her gaze fixed on the blonde that had just walked in, maintaining eye contact as her eyebrows raised in an innocuous expression. "If you're looking for Ken, he's over here." she continued, her voice calm and sarcastic as she lowered her cane to lightly bonk Aaron on the head, sending him an exaggerated smile as she returned to her phone and stashed her cane beside her once more. Blondie's a smart cookie, she mused as heads began to turn back and conversations picked up once more, the spectacle over. A damn smart cookie, from what she's heard. Almost as smart as her. She'll pick it up. The way she's fidgeting though, she may want to forgo the coffee.

Aaron's eyes lit up as he noticed Angie's intrigue at his drone. The look in his eyes was akin to that of a child on Christmas day, waiting in anticipation for what their present may be. He smiled, as he spoke to her in an excitable way.
"I borrowed some blueprints for a military drone, as you said. Of course it wouldn't be able to hold up a minigun midflight, so I adjusted the mingun's position in the center, increased the power of the lift, and increased weight on the corners of the drone to counteract the minigun's weight. I was also considering a model of the drone with a coupler so I could detach and attach whatever suits the occasion, say a modded camera or sonar, but that's all still on the drawing board until I get my calculations done." He made sure to keep his voice low to make sure the rest of the cafe don't hear them. Fortunately, it seemed Mary already brought attention to herself. He was about to ask what was wrong before he noticed what she was looking at. He turned his head to see a women wearing some odd clothing stand awkwardly at the front of the cafe. She seemed vaguely familiar to him, as if he'd seen her somewhere-
-Aaron's train of thought was interrupted as Mary bonked him on the head lightly with her cane. It suprised him slightly, not expecting to get hit on the head with a cane at the cafe yet. Usually people get to know him first before they do that! He stuck his tounge out at her for suggesting he looks like a doll for girls after she went back to her phone. It was sad he knew that... Yeah, toys were pretty limited in his childhood... He returned his focus to lady in front, and studied her movements briefly, before realizing she may have been from the chatroom. He made a little wave and smile torwards her.

Zoey listens attentively as he explains his drone. She calculates and imagines the layout of the drone and it's capabilities. She's impressed. Not only does it work, but it would operate and maintain in the long run too. She feels already warming up to this guy, somebody who is as much of a mad engineer as she is. Daisy shows interst in Zoey talking about modifications and electronic tinkering, regardless how good she is at hiding it, she's known her blood sister for a very long time and already knows a lot about how her personality and attitude is to work out that she is always willing to listen to conversations about anything techical, though sometimes it's still incredibly hard to tell if she is engaged or not to this day. Despite this, Daisy is no engineer. She prefers everything behind the screen of a computer rather than tools in hand and in front of a bunch of scrap electronics and wires. Aaron is just as passionate about mad modifications as she is. She is about to throw some suggestions for software programs that will increase the drone's performance until Daisy lifts her cane to point at somebody and address them loudly. Zoey snaps out of her engineer mode and anaylses the woman.
It's another from the chatroom. The final guest has arrived! The rest in the chatroom where either on the other side of the world or keeping themselves anonymous, but still offered their support in whatever way they can. So the inner circle has assembled now, they can now talk business. Zoey waves the woman over, eyes lighting up at her presence she has now acknowledged.

Olivia continued to sit casually at her place against the counter, drumming lightly on its surface with a hand. The three people conversing at the other side of the table still stuck out as the most likely to be the group, but the situation wasn't light enough to take chances with. She smiled subtly at random people passing by, knowing that the kind gesture would alert any of them to her if they happened to a member. She took sips of a glass of water that she'd earlier ordered from one of the baristas who wasn't involved with the mess. The small screen of the digital watch on her wrist assured her that she couldn't have possibly missed the meeting at this point, so she wasn't quite so anxious that she was making any mistakes. What did worry her, though, was the thought that her comparably limited skills with hacking and coding would give little use from her to the group. By this point, she was definitely adept at the skill but she knew that the other members were much more experienced. She wasn't here to be the star; she just wanted to help their righteous cause in anyway possible. She believed that her other skills would end up coming in more handy, though.
A yell from the other side of the long table turned her head away from the other direction. She looked in the same way that many of the other patrons of the cafe looked, noticing that the yelling was directed at her. Her eyes widened a bit in surprise and she couldn't keep from smiling at the woman who was getting her attention. The fact that she strangely addressed her as "Barbie" probably meant that it wasn't a random former colleague or a student who was familiar with her. Around the time she noticed that the woman was a part of the group that been sticking out to her, she saw that the other two members turned around to look at her as well. Smiling, she hovered above her seat for a moment and waited for the attention of the cafe to wane from them. After the rest of the customers drifted back to their own conversations, excitedly hurried over to the group of three while still holding onto her glass of water. In her enthusiastic shuffle over to the group, it was a miracle that her water didn't spill. It seemed that her earlier hunch was true when all of them were waving her over.
Moving a tuft of hair from her face, the warm smile she war and raised eyebrows revealed that she was more than happy about finally being there. She wondered if these three were the only ones to show up, feeling a bit underwhelmed by the group's size. Still, this didn't dampen her enthusiasm. It isn't the size of the group that determines their accomplishment; It's the heart. "I'm so sorry for the lack of punctuality." She said quickly with her accent coming through with the words. She quickly waved her free hand in front of her, as if attempting to apologize with a gesture. "I can't tell you how nice it is to meet you." She said warmly, scanning the three of them with her eyes. They didn't quite look how she imagined them to. She absentmindedly wrung her hands in front of her again. "My name is Olivia Shiffer." Her expression was both warm and excited. She glanced around before speaking a bit more quietly and leaning over to them. "Though you may only know me as Omicron." She awkwardly waited in place for a moment, feeling that it was only appropriate for ample greetings to be made before she could take a seat with them.

Noticing the woman walking over to their seats he made sure to maintain a smile. After all, she looked so happy to see them it'd be impossible to look anything but happy once you look at her. He spoke in a happy tone, showing little to no nervousness in his voice as he spoke. "Hey Olivia! I'm Aaron Dillard. Engineer extraordinaire." He grinned as he spoke his "title". He lowered his voice to more of a whisper as he spoke his alias. "You only know me as DIY, though. Nice to meet you too!"

"I'm Angie, 8r3akd0wn505." Zoey says when the woman sits down and nods her head to Daisy. "That's Mary, QU4K3. Let's get down to business!" she says, wanting to delay no more. "We all know what Unity has done. They have been screwing families out of their money through selling their very personal data to their partners. The partners use that data to alter their sales continously at opportune times which rinses them out of their money and increases profit. Some of that profit goes to Unity and most of the time, the families will never realise where that money has gone and if they do, they won't suspect them." she explains, all seriousness now. "Hackers in the past have taken them on and caused some good damage, but Unity always stomped them out eventually... groups, solos, everyone that has opposed them." A devious smirk finds it's way on her lips. "But they have never been to war with a community of hackers. There's only us who have met, but others around the world are pledging their skills and resources to one another and joining together. This right here is our inner circle. The generals of the hackivist army. Leaders of a revolution." She gets more excited as she speaks, she still can't believe this is finally happening. "As such, we're going to be the heavy lifters since Unity is based in our location. We can't just take them head on, we will expose ourselves to instant retaliation... we need to cut off their minions."
Zoey leans in and keeps her voice a little lower. "Their partners that bring in the most revenue consist of three main companies. Securo-Tech, Hudl and Trooky. Securo-Tech specialise in home security and surveillance, but they are taking advantage of not only the data, but their privacy too. They're using the installments to spy on their customers and getting them fined for the tiniest reasons. They're subtle though, they only do this with time gaps and using what they see to time it at the right moment to lessen suspicion. Hudl is the social networking site which is freakin' huge and earning more hits than any other. What do they do wrong? Use data people input that should be private and under a policy to never be sold. Advert services pay in more to Hudl for it and boost their revenue while nobody is aware that all of their sensitive data is used against them. Trooky is a massive search engine service that doesn't require anything from their users to allow them to search. However, they get IP addresses from Unity of those who use their search engine and record the search history. Through this, users get attacked with legitimate looking spam and 80% of the time, people fall for it and lose money. Those who don't fall for it won't be able to work out it's Trooky because come on, they didn't put in any of their information to use it right?" Zoey takes a breath, ready to lay out the plan her and Daisy came up with. "These company's greatest weapon is also their greatest weakness. This gets exposed? It won't only cause irreparable damage to their face, but invoke legal action and sued for millions, their CEOs could face jail time and force Unity to cut ties with them to protect their own reputation. Unity loses partners, they lose profit and they become more vulnerable for us to attack. Each company we hack, we will download proof of their exchanges between them and Unity we will pile up and finally expose it all where Coldwell can't even begin to create a cover story for. He won't be able to react fast enough to tackle our evidence before the public take notice. Unity and Coldwell will fall apart."
Zoey leans back with a smile on her face. "What do you guys think?" There's also the data Daisy still has ahold of from their previous work a year ago. She decides to keep that under wraps until her blood sister deciphers it and they both discover how valuable it is. Zoey still needs to see if these people are worth trusting yet.

Aaron grinned as Angie layed out the plan. It's actually happening, he thought to himself. He thinks over the plan, and once Angie is finished speaking of it, Aaron spoke. "It seems simple enough, but then again Unity has been on the top of their game for a while so this isn'the going to be an easy task. We'd have to make sure we don't leave any trace of our hacks on their server or else we'd risk getting exposed and getting attacked. It'd also be easier if we had some kind of mole in the company or one of it's partners to give us some info, but that'd be risky." Aaron thought it over for a few minutes before speaking with an excited gleam in his eyes. "I think we can do it. We'll be able to take down Unity." He made sure to keep his voice down, as they were still in the cafe, which aren't the most private place in the world.
